yeah, it's just different. you get used to it pretty quickly

I got used to it after a few days of playing, in that I can operate the cars ok now. It's still not really acceptable and is big detractor to an otherwise great game.

And the crash damage is just not... like what the fuck. I can rear end a sedan at like 60 mph in a pickup truck and neither car sustains any damage and the sedan budges forward like 2 feet.

yeah I dunno. I keep smashing in the tires so they get stuck and the tire blows at some point. also the offroading is pretty slick too. I drove an suv off of mt. chiliad and there was plenty of damage visible and mechanical afterwards. granted I was able to drive it out of the river I landed in and up another hill until I found a guy riding a quad. I killed him and drove away into the sunrise
