i started working at a food truck
it's pretty awesome! i basically have conversations with drunk people for three hours a night. tonight a group of girls thought tater tots were called gravel tots

it's a fantasy of mine to one day be able to run a food truck. it would probably operate at a loss, though, forever, so i would only be able to do it if i like won the lottery or got an inheritance or something.
what's the truck's schtick? |

breakfast food in sandwich form, everything has eggs, which is their shtick. and usually hash browns, some bacon, maybe spinach or guac or bacon jam or spicy cream cheese. I work late night in the college campus bar district

at barnes and noble yesterday i saw a copy of Managing a Food Truck for Dummies (seriously) and i browsed through it for some reason.
there are much more risk averse ventures out there i would think |
