I saw a couple of Brits putting baby oil on to protect them from the sun when it got so hot in San Francisco. I know they don't see the sun in England but wtf were they gonna baste themselves?

Haha, I think the oil was to make them burn faster not to protect them. When most people take a vacation from the UK to somewhere hot, they aim to get themselves as red as possible as quickly as they can

I once had a friend whose mother told them she had Tourette's just so that he wouldn't be offended when she regularly blurted out FAILED ABORTION! The thing is, that phrase was the only one she ever used during her fits, and even then, she only had such fits when addressing her son. I believe this is what my fashion hero Arsenio Hall would call a "thing that makes you go 'hmm...'"
