funny thing is he probably could've gotten away with it if he cut his stunt a little short and ran off. not sure why there wasn't at least one cop there, much less one that would take over five minutes to reach that part of the station

Might of been on acid or something and was a little too open to people's aura's and his own and what not. He certainly seemed to focus on women who went to instant fear and recoil...still thought better than taking on little sasquatch cop though.
