I'm willing to wager that sometime close to the November election...

Either Osama releases a tape saying that if Bush is re-elected, he'll attack the U.S. again, or there will be another terrorist attack on U.S. soil. And if either happens, Bush will be swept into office easily, because that's just how American mentality works.

At the very least, the U.S. government will raise the terror rating in the country, as is the usual case when the Bush administration wants to distract the public from something political that is going on.

i very much believe this is going to happen. i've already heard on the news that "the us knows where osama is, but not exactly where or how to find him" or some bullshit like that.
