I believe what Random Female is saying is that despite the fact that the Supreme Court has made a number of rulings in the recent past which effectively keep religious favoritism and values out of settings such as schools, the Supreme Court might respond to what is perceived as the country's growing support for conservatism with rulings that are sympathetic to conservative views. I recall that as of late, the Supreme Court has actually been receiving a good deal of heat from conservative groups for some of their rulings. But unsurprisingly, liberals tend to think that the Supreme Court is too conservative, and vice versa in regard to the conservatives.
