normally i just try to be comfortable. if i have trouble falling asleep, i might try focusing on my breath.

\o/ same here. and i only lie down when i'm tired and am an early riser/morning person...so that helps at the end of the night.

my sleep pattern has gotten a lot better lately.

i tried thinking about hypercolor bedsheets and wore spandex but it didnt work. now im awake and committed to having a very 80's day.

I actually used to listen to the same comedy CDs every night. One was Richard Pryor, the other was Seinfeld's I'm telling you for the last timefollowed by selected musical numbers from the Simpsons. I was 23 that year. I just couldn't relax unless I listened to one or the other.
