Default These new Microsoft Commercials

What is up with these new Microsoft commercials for the windows phone with Gwen Stefani and Grant Hill?

seriously who the fuck is Microsoft's ad agency. I remember when they just sat back and took a beating from all those i'm a mac ads from apple and did nothing. then they responded with a seinfeld commercial. Now i love seinfeld, but you respond to a series of ads saying you are old and boring with using a comedian whose show has been off the air for 15 years.

I didn't think they'd top that then I saw a windows phone commercial with grant hill. grant fucking hill. and then gwen stefani. jesus, next thing you know there will be billy corgan.

celebrity endorsements that are targeting a specific age demographic. it's not all too shocking. i see the stefani one all the time. i wouldn't doubt if microsoft already approached someone like bolly. marketing. wild stuff.

grant hill was a superstar basketball player in the 90s then his knee exploded and didn't really play for like 3 years, came back for one year then his knee exploded again and was out for another. then he actually managed to return and play well, but mostly as just a regular joe NBA starter and now he's a bench player for the clippers at the age of 40 playing 15 mpg and sucking super bad

yeah he spent most of his injured years as a member of the magic

orlando just seems to be caught between having a great franchise that drafts well and being a place no one wants to stay

i read somewhere that they are the winningest expansion franchise in nba history but i'm sure the heat are closing that gap. still, having shaq and d. howard play for them was a boon, and honestly they are sorry right now but have a lot of good parts and probably will be in the top 5 of the draft for the next 3-4 years. i mean they have made 2 nba finals. some older teams can't even claim that
