If I were to seriously try to use drugs to help people feel comfortable expressing themselves, I'd probably take them with each person first a few times so I can learn how to step into their space successfully. And then when it became time to conduct a session, I'd either stay sober or take a small dose just to keep up. I've never tried anything formal....say what you will about meth but that drug can completely level any barriers in an evening. Friends and I have worked through so much without even beginning the night in a serious manner.

I'm not very articulate on MDMA.....but I've never taken a light dose either. The nature of that high doesn't lead me to introspection though. I'd be wary of any apologies made to me by anyone rolling, too.

No worries, harshness doesn't bother me from people on the internet. Glad we are friendly with each other now though! Have you done any mdma recently? I have, and it was straight from the Netherlands!!! It was a pressed pill though so I guess there is no way to know with certainty it was at least 80% MDMA, but fuck. I hadn't peaked like that since the first or second time I tried E.
