Bieber is eighteen but doesn't appear to have gone through puberty yet.

all i could think about was that soundgarden thread and how, in retrospect, being a teenager in the 90s sucked.

our popular modern rock station will usually play a 2 - hour block of every used CD i owned in high school which is kind of fun sometimes - yesterday i heard disarm on the radio for the first time in at least over a year

I only had dookie. That same year I bought what's the story morning glory and the reservoir dogs soundtrack. I liked being a teenager in the 90s...not having a mobile phone was cool. I walked everywhere more...and I could look forward to new x files episodes. I walked to the theatre to see scream and drank a can of apple juice when I got there and was scared I would pee my pants during the opening because I'd never been that scared watching a movie before. Rollerblading wasn't lame yet. Terminator 2 was still an awesome film and nobody looked at you like you were gross and uncool if you drank diet soda.

why did it suck? (in comparison to the 80s or the aughts) Some damn good music that decade. And a lot of it got air time on cable tv and radio. Plus, beginning of the internet.
