i love that the validity of their concern hinges on whether you agreed with it. I assume that as a citizen of America if at any time I'm suspected of terrorist activities, then I can be questioned without my miranda rights. Before they made it a law, they were already doing this anyway.

You can easily be rounded up... and accused of something you didn't do. In this country, you should get miranda rights and your one phone call no matter what the charges.
