Do you get ravenously hungry the week before your period starts?

It's fucking uncontrollable. I ran 5k this morning so I'm a bit hungry anyway and it's cold so that makes me hungry too but this is unbearable.

I have a huge craving for sugar and fat. Cookies I think. Or maybe fruit with fresh whipped cream. Ugh.

Is anyone on birth control and does it help? I'm thinking about getting an IUD.

I'm about to try a big mug of green tea. What do you do?

yeah. it's annoying. last two or three days have been like this.

i ate about 500 calories worth of dark chocolate today

i give in i guess, but try to not let it get out of control.

I give in to the cravings and have what I want. In one evening I had a bowl of cocoa roos, milky way, and a brownie with chocolate milk. It's what you eat every day that matters, not one or two days out of a month. At least that's how it works for me. Everything in moderation.

I'm actually a medical marijuana patient here in Washington (degenerative joint disease). And long before I got the recommendation I was interested in the various, practical applications of the active ingredients within the plant. First having noticed benefits of a physical nature during a rapid heart beat as a result of an amoxicillin allergic reaction. After inhalation my heart rate reduced to a normal level.

And since then I've found everything from lip balm to lotion to shampoo to first aid sprays and so on. All medicated toward different ends, all effective. But I had heard of even more than I had seen or experienced, all the way up to a transdermal THC patch. I also had heard of a 'medicated tampon' used for relief during menstruation.

My question is would you consider using something like that?

I'm considering using medical marijuana for ms pain. Sometimes I get really bad pain in my legs and I don't want to use pain meds. The regular otc pain relievers doesn't cut it. I've experimented with magnesium which helps temporarily. I've read good things about medical m, so I may go that route.

Yeah my buddy was recently diagnosed with ms, I'm sorry to hear your living with it as well. Should check out the various uses of mmj, particularly rick Simpson oil or RSO

I've heard that OA is as painful as MS pain sometimes. Sorry you are living with it too. I've never thought of trying hemp oil... I'll check it out. I hate the side effects of pain meds, and I'm looking for a way to avoid it.

Seriously, a dose the size of a grain of rice of the RSO will melt away any discomfort. If the state you're in is mmj friendly, I'd seriously consider it as a non-opioid option for pain relief as well as a myriad of other practical, everyday applications

heck yeah. i don't mind tampons and smoking does my help my stomach when i'm nauseated... on top of peppermint tea and midol. i actually used midol for the first time yesterday and it works so well. :s
