it's not that i'm hyper stressed about it. but, you know, call it what it is. no doubt they have no idea what a cuban sandwich is in texas.

oh they do, there's a few places around this town that make it in the traditional manner, includ ing the bread. the one i enjoy the most has shredded pork on it; pulled pork seems to be more of a barbecue thing i wasn't really that familiar with, since texas is all about beef bbq. i just thought it was a term for slow roasted shredded pork .
