The Lawnmower Man story was completely different from that horrid Pierce Brosnan movie adaption. The laundry folder one (The Mangler) was kind of goofy

Trucks, I Am The Doorway, Night Surf and Grey Matter are all bitchin' stories. Jerusalem's Lot is a decent short, too

the one about the toy soldiers and that "Sometimes They'll Come Back" story are all kind of bogus though.

Sometimes they'll come back? What was that? And was Jerusalem's lot a prequel to 'Salem's Lot? There was a big worm thing or something, and that was set in the 1800's, but that has shit to do with vampires, even though it's probably the same location...

yeah, it's somewhat common during stress and more so during acute trauma. small amount of people have it all the time. some people also get it during panic attacks. it affects my eyesight so much that i carry around two different prescription glasses

i've experienced it 24/7 since i was about 15 and when i found out what it was i was so relieved to know i wasn't going crazy. when it gets bad i feel like i'm losing touch with reality.
