Here's a series that I'm currently watching, this guy is going through a depression from his past but one thing is constant is that he goes out and runs. So he records his runs and I find his talks very inspirational.

I still haven't taken any actions yet but I'm going to start taking baby steps and try to find happiness.

Here's a link to his site,
http://runningraw.com/channels.html

Keep us up to date on your progress, reprise okay?

Good job Toby, that's the hardest step, changing unhealthy habits, and replacing them with new healthy habits. Hey do you take your dog with you for jogs, just wondering cause she looks real small.

Hey Trots, happiness comes from doing the things you want to do, and not letting the negative forces of resistance ruin the healthy lifestyle that you choose to do.

Eternal happiness? Sorry Trots that's just a work of fiction found in holy books.

But yeah everyone can change but they have to want it and have that willpower, that's what his videos go into detail about.

Nah, suzie likes to stop and smell everything so she isn't pleasant to jog with, nor is she good for long walks, she gets tired pretty quick and will want me to carry her.

I've been to the gym four times this week. I've started walking there and back, too. It's pretty good, I mean I hate the gym. But I'm starting to like working out.

Thanks reprise. Yeah I was not interested in exercise other than my usual morning and evening walks, for a couple of weeks. And they're just strolls, not really exercise. It's just to get a bit of quiet. I find my cycle affects my motivation and appetite, too...don't know if that is a problem for you? Certain times I just feel tired and bleh.

I have yet to determine how my cycle affects it but I will definitely experiment to see what works when

i've been doing alright with my outdoor boot camp classes. i thought the weather would have been a bit more pleasant by now and it's been raining a lot lately too which makes for miserable conditions. i canceled for my run club class this morning at 8:30... we use an outdoor track and i wouldn't be able to run to my full potential without slipping at some point.

at least i got some laundry washing at 6am.

It may take you by surprise, but drinking your Cola is almost like putting battery acid in your mouth.

"RC Cola was found to be the most acidic soft drink studied, with a pH of 2.387" said Academy of General Dentistry spokesman Kenton Ross.

Cherry Coke is next most acidic (pH of 2.522), and Coke the third most acidic checked soda (pH of 2.525).

Oh defs. C'mon, shrimp are just sea bugs. They're bigger and uglier than most bugs and live submerged in salt water. Crabs? Lobsters? Just huge sea bugs. In fact it used to be considered cruel and unusual punishment to feed them to prisoners.

I could really go for a lobster dinner with a glass of Dr. Pepper right now.

a well prepared mussel dish is about as good as it gets. i love crab. lobster is good but i almost never have it because i don't think it's worth its price. i don't particularly enjoy raw shrimp (kinda meh to me) but cooked shrimp is amazing. one of the most memorable dinners i've ever had was just these GIANT tiger prawns with some sort of... glaze. i don't remember exactly what kind of glaze because it was forever ago but the prawns were just so meaty and delicious. i actually had the best scallops i've ever tasted a couple weeks ago at a mexican place. oysters can be pretty good if i'm in the mood.

<3 shellfish.

I mean you just eat its everything. You eat its rudimentary filtration system, its poop, everything. Bleeeh.

Cruatacea look way fugglier but are creatures of nightmare.

Can't stand oysters...probably because the one time I tried them I mistook them for mushrooms. What a shock
