E- your friend is right- in Boston most apartments, and some businesses don't have central air. it sucks balls for 3 months out of the year. the buildings are old and gross and drippy and sweaty. but i miss it and loved it.

I really like Philly! It's kind of like a mix of DC and Boston. There's a bar/dance club that I highly recommend but I can't begin to remember what it's called. It's a 50's diner during the day and a hipster club at night. Really small. Very fun. Also the Jewish deli down near the waterfront off 2nd is fucking awesome.

I actually spent most of my time in the hood since I was with my buddy from south philly. "Brotherly Love" is no joke- the people in that city are SO cool. Everyone's got your back and there's this genuine nature to people that I haven't felt in many other cities. That's my favorite part of the city. and the cheese-steaks.

Phoenix is the capital…maybe Tucson used to be the capital? We have a Hotel Congress too.

Oooh, that's at Union Transfer! Really nice venue. Just opened last fall.
