it was a really nice one and has my name engraved in it.

my main wish that christmas was the james bond dvd set that had just came out. the box i opened last was the perfect size/weight to be just that, and it was a fucking bible.

i feel so bad sometimes about how bad my dad must feel about me probably going to what he calls hell but i can't help it

a stuffed talking teletubby. when i was 17. from my then-boyfriend. on our third xmas together.

i thought it was hilarious at the time, but looking back it's like "wtf, dude!"

ultimately i appreciate all gifts, 'its the thought that counts,' ect

but i have an aunt and uncle that gave me a toy sherrif's badge when i was like 15. one year they got me an XXL beige sweater when i barely fit into a medium. recently they just gave me a handwritten card that said "good for a free lunch!" even though they live like 2 hrs away from me. all these seemed like a big "F.U." more than gifts

i mean, couldn't they've just given me a $10 bill or something. whatever

i dunno. i'm trying to think, but really i try to be appreciative of all the shit i get and have gotten in the past. it's not easy to shop for me because i don't really talk to my family a lot so it's hard for them to get an idea of what i'm interested in.

A friend of mine this past Christmas got me a Justin Bieber book as a so-called "gag gift."

Haven't really gotten any bad gifts besides that in my life. My sister got the movie Muppet Treasure Island from the same aunt and uncle two Christmases in a row about 15 years ago.
