Terrible album. I'd say Core seems to be the band's first batch of songs when they were a completely derivative grunge band, and the label honestly should have been given the time to evolve into something a little more unique (Purple, Tiny Music) before putting out such a shit album.

I have it and it's my least played STP album. I'm a bigger fan of Shangra-la-di-da but even that's getting old. With this band all you really need is the hits album and that's about it.
