I sir, beg to refute your disbelief! I recently became the head of an organization filled with former juvenile delinquents and illiterate young men, and we also have encountered a similar deficiency! So much so that we TOO had to hold a showering clinic. They had, I told them, the worst shower discipline of any team I’ve ever been around. So we talked a little bit about application of soap to the rag and making sure you hit all your body. You know, you can neglect it trying to cut corners, and it shows in how you practice and elsewhere. I’m hoping they show some improvement in that.

The defense is lining up their argument and I'll be damned if there isn't some reasonable doubt that could be made in front of a jury full of fools.

They will attack the character of the accusers, saying their just a bunch of poor kids who needed guidance in their lives because of all the shoplifting or drug abuse or whatever the hell they dig up on the accused. This is one reason why so many abused children do not come forward because they know few would believe them and that whatever skeletons they may have in the closet would likely come out in a trial.

As they continue to paint the picture of the accused as desperate people in need of money jumping at the chance to cash in on Penn State, it will also, in twisted irony, continue what abusers do to children and that is continue to manipulate them and their emotions at every turn. Sick, sick stuff.

The red head dude has the most important testimony to some people, yet there seems to be enough inconsistency there that the defense can play with. It's looking ugly when this thing goes to trail. If Sandusky walks it'll be worse than O.J. and Casey Anthony combined.

Yeah, but credibility won't matter in this case. He has as of now 10 seperate accusers and that's growing. McQuery's only a small part in the whole case.

I still don't think it goes to full trial, but we'll see.

How can I be 100% wrong when his lawyer is already attacking the credibility of the witnesses. You may think it won't matter, but that is what he's doing.

Most cases of this nature don't go to trail, but then this isn't most cases. That slimy lawyer of his already knocked up a 17 year old not to mention the original judge being dismissed for not disclosing a conflict of interest with Sandusky. I wouldn't rule out it goes to trail and these freaks do whatever they can to claim innocence.
