so hillary clinton was speaking at my school today

and there was a protest outside. they were protesting her vote for the iraq bombing. there were police outside making sure they weren't getting in but somehow they did cuz during class i heard them downstairs (in the actor's studio room) screaming as they were being ushered out. i hope she was mortified.

on another note: i high fived miss usa today. she was sitting in the back of a convertible waiting to go down the parade route. she was giving everyone that wonderful miss usa smile and wave. i think i scared her.

There are always flyers posted on lampposts and trash cans around campus about some march or discussion about protesting the Iraq war. I've seen two stickers on the street that say "Bush knew". It's crazy. I feel insanely out of place sometimes heh. What exactly did Hillary Clinton say? I wonder how much they paid her for the speech....
