Default Things to do in Ohio or Indiana?

Hey, I'm going on a road trip with my friends and we're looking for some stuff to do in Ohio or Indianapolis area Indiana. We don't wanna spend a lot of money either. Does anyone who lives there or has been there know of anything really fun or unique to do that won't cost a fortune? Specifically we'll be in the Columbus area, but any suggestions would be welcome. Or does anyone know of any general road trip suggestions for things to do that can be done about anywhere? Thanks a bunch.

Things to do for free in Columbus....well, you could...no. Um, there's....no, never mind. I'm sure there's something to do for free there. I live in Athens, so local Columbusonians might have a better idea. Columbus has some good used cd stores like used kids, singing dog, and magnolia thunderpussy, and they're all on High Street, the main drag. It's fun to just kind of walk around there.

There's King's Island in Cinci and Cedar Point in Sandusky.. if you're up that way, my friend Chelsea works on some rollercoaster called the Iron Dragon at Cedar Point, tell her I say hi.

that's about the only option. i know that Indiana Beach in Monticello isn't expensive. You can camp out there and take a fairie boat to a theme park on an island. I liked it there. But that's pretty much all the fun in Indiana besides driving past cornfields and smelly factories.

Oh man, thanks for the ideas... wondering if this is gonna be enough to convince my friend not to spend 2 extra days driving to Boston so he can go to Fenway Park. Yeah, Cedar Point is awesome, that Iron Dragon ride is an oldie, but a goodie. Not sure it's in our budget though, the guy who wants to go to Beantown spends about $30 all summer, and that's how much Cedar Point costs. I guess he'll have to give some Senior Citizens blowjobs to cover the costs, or something.
