The only huge problem was time. some people were just real slow. I had one girl that constantly yawned, and that was a huuuuuge negative. yawning and looking at the clock.. really?

we just got a new pantry guy and i swear he has no sense of urgency. i take secret pride sometimes in the fact that an entire steak can be prepped cooked garnished and delivered to the table before the salad is even made.
