when i eat fries i have to fold each one in half for easier dipping

i pull on my eyelids a lot, it makes a weird and really satisfying squishy noise

Sometimes I'll start getting racing thoughts and I find myself telling my brain to shut the fuck up (out loud). This happens entirely too much.

doesn't work very well either but I seem to do it pretty automatically now

besides that i have straight up conversations with myself all the time... asking something out loud getting an answer in my brain or vice versa.
