How does one delicately advise a coworker to SPAY YOUR FUCKING CAT

An acquaintance from work just posted a picture of seven cute-as-fuck kittens with this as the caption:

Our cat had a litter of kittens when they are old enough we need good homes for the cutties, so if your an animal lover please let me know if you are interested

Some responses I've considered:

"I'm an animal lover but our home already has 5 unwanted and neglected animals in it."

"Wow! Is that seven potentially homeless kittens? Your cat must be really irresponsible."

"What the fuck did you think would happen when you let your unaltered female cat outside?"

But being that they are a coworker certain social conventions would prevent me from saying these exact things.

I hate people.

yeah I have the same shit in my newsfeed with this one girl. She just posted the third fucking litter! I suggested getting the cat fixed, and she said she cannot afford it... I dunno

not really. i mean i don't really have the resources to trap 'n' spay a specific cat without my coworkers knowledge. so unfortunately i have to resort to persuasive reasoning in this case.

if the cat is left outside you don't need resources. you just walk up to it and grab it. Bring it to a shelter that's not near her house and leave it there.

IMO someone who can't afford to properly care for their animal doesn't deserve the animal.

there are shelters/clinics in many cities that will spay/neuter for free or at a very discounted price if you claim financial hardship. you could call around and find one. Give her the information. OR, make the appointment for her.

Does the local SPCA do free spaying and neutering? Or some other organization? See if you can get a voucher for it, and anonymously leave it on their desk.

she's spending more on raising the kittens to adoption age than it would cost to spay. people are dumb.

when i was in highschool this street cat used to hang out near my house all the time. she gave birth to a litter underneath our old barbecue grill because it had like this coat on it so they were protected from the rain. good times. we had like 7 kittens running around all over the place. so cute even Mr.T would break out a screech of joy

yeah, some shelters/organizations do low cost spay and neuters.
