last night i ...
came home, set up some chicken in marinade
took laundry over to laundromat. hung out until i put them in the dryer
went back home and cooked dinner. just made an easy chicken stir fry and rice
picked up laundry
had sex
watched how i met your mother & two broke girls
played around on the computer while the dude played video games
watched a couple eps of up all night
went to bed.

tonight i'm baking mac & cheese for dinner and i've gotta run some errands in the neighborhood, like go to the bank and drug store and junk. no tuesday night tv shows since parenthood's on hiatus, so hopefully i'll catch up on american horror story

After I got off work I got my hair cut and colored. Then I came home and we had chili, I wrote my mom's realtor an email saying no do what I said to do while watching auction kings. I'm thinking about taking a picture of my new hair and posting it in the pic post.

eh, it's all right. nothing majorly surprising so far. lots of unsubstantiated criticism of various people that seems written from a perspective of trying to defend jobs (like, yeah, he was an asshole, but at least he wasn't a deluded moron like this guy or that guy).

i'm up to where jobs has returned to apple in 1997, which is where my interest kind of picks up. wasn't so drawn by the '80s "we're pushing you out of the company because you're a bad manager and a dick" stuff, which i already knew a bit about.

the prose style a little pedestrian, and there's a fair bit of unnecessary repetition (the chronology isn't quite linear, lots of references to events that were already covered etc. – it's a little too cautious about providing context) but i'm still getting through it at a decent pace
