Humans are meant to live in good health for centuries but that's basically occult knowledge, which for most people on this planet, is not what interest them.

Vaccines may indeed be helpful within certain parameters of physiology but only within the current pardigm of scientific thought which is fallible of course, but only because the truth of what it really means to be human has been suppressed for millenia and controlled through religion and academia.
