Traffic in Oregon is pretty reasonable. Cars stay a respectful distance away from each other, people actually obey the rule that you gotta be far enough back to see the bottom of the tires in front of you. I rarely hear people honking; I've never once used my horn in 8 years of driving, nor have I ever had any kind of accident, not even a fender bender.
