Breakfast is necessary because it's essentially just refilling your tank after it goes empty overnight. That's it.
I don't eat breakfast often but when I do I always feel better and have more energy to start with. When I skip it I do not eat twice as much at lunch or anything like that. Seems like a lot of you people who think you know about nutrition and dieting basically believe in a collection of old wives tales. |
