It depends on who gets the first good bite, because it wouldn't let go until it ripped the other one to shreds. It would be a pretty even fight but the shark would pull it out in the end.

wouldn't it depend on where it was fought? i mean, on land/in a muddy 1/2 foot pool of water, i think the shark would be pretty screwed. In mile deep seawater, I'd give it to the shark hands down.
