Fair enough but you said the movie was perfect. I was just pointing out an aspect that I didn't like at all. Which has more to do with it being a silly side story to make the girls wet in their pants than it being completely made up... but that doesn't help.

I think it's a great movie and mel gibson did an excellent job acting and directing it. I'm far from a Mel Gibson hater. Sure he's nuts but he's done a lot of great work that I love.

Great Mel Gibson movies:

Braveheart
Road Warrior
Payback
Signs

Bad ones:
The Patriot
Edge of Darkness

Decent: Lethal Weapon movies. Beyond Thunderdome.

I really want to see Apocalyptico. I have no intention of watching Passion of the Christ.

apocalypto was okay, i enjoyed it mostly for hearing people speak mayan for the whole movie. probably super sensationalized, the ending was obvious and stupid too.

Mel Gibson has only directed 4 movies. Not sure if you're trying to lump in the movies he's acted in with movie's he's directed as well.

- Apocalypto
- The Passion of the Christ
- Braveheart
- The Man Without a Face

yes. I was not just referring to movies he directed. I'm aware he didn't direct most of his movies.
