I remember reading the no-lemon policy on my extended warranty but doesn't it have to break 3-4 times?

I'm thinking maybe to have them at least do a system wipe while they're changing the bulb again. I figure if my machine is on it's last legs (and I will no longer be eligible for free repair work) I might as well start off fresh and try to preserve it for as long as possible.

I don't know if I'm up to throwing a fit to get my way tonight.

I'm waiting until rush hour is over before I make the trip. So far the backlight has went out three times today but the third time it came back on after putting it to sleep and waking it back up a couple times.

Forgot to mention - the Geek Squad guy that helped me last night had a tribal arm tattoo that I could see through his uniform shirt. That pretty much shattered what little faith I had.

Last time I took it in they were all "we couldn't find any problems so it must be a software issue." So I reinstalled my OS. Now it's the same old shit again. And I've got it documented on video this time.
