my last mouse is dead :[

i had it loose on my bed and a cat came in and grabbed it the day before yesterday. i thought the cat was just sniffing around and i shooed it away but apparently it had already caught it.

it's not such a tragedy, though, since the mouse had 2 huge tumors and probably would not have lived much longer

idk if im gonna get more mice or maybe get some other kind of small animal. i think next time im gonna go to a private breeder, tho, maybe they will be able to program a mouse that is not afraid of ppl

fortunately my roommates cat gets along with rebecca but only because rebecca was a grown-up when we took in the kitten. i need to stop trusting felines.
