i just got pulled over for drunk driving

only, i'm not drunk. nor have i had anything to drink. i didn't realize i was that bad of a driver. he said i hit the white line a couple of times and that my brake lights was out...
i was about to have a heart attack, though, b/c my car was bought in october and i STILL have not registered it. the plates are from my old car. plus i told him i didn't have my license on me b/c my license is altered, AND i couldn't find my insurance card. but he told me to just get my brake light fixed and didn't run my plates or anything.

i was thinking last night that some day i want to have like two sips of beer so it would be on my breath, then go driving and find a cop and swerve and shit and pretend to be drunk. and act really drunk when they pull me over but then pass the breathalyzer with flying colors and then laugh at them. i think that would be funny. but i also have a sick, twisted sense of humour.

it's good that you didn't get a ticket last night for anything. i know here you can get fined just for not having your license on you.

remember that time you mooned me, eve? i thought that was cute.

Two cops are standing outside a bar on a Friday night waiting for the patrons to leave. They see one guy stumbling around the parking lot looking for his car. The cop gives him the breathalyzer and the test turns out totally negative!!
"What the hell? You're obviously drunk!" says the cop.
"no, i'm the designated decoy for the night."

Not to mention the fact that you don't have to be over .08 BAC in order to be taken in for a DUI.

how can they charge you with DUI if you are under the legal limit? why would there be a limit if that were the case?

Just because your BAC is lower than the legal limit, it doesn't mean that you're safe to drive. It's an average, and police officers have the right to book you with a DUI if they feel you are too intoxicated to safely drive a vehicle.

No, the cops can prosecute you for whatever they want, but if you blow below the state designated BAC, they cannot charge you with a DUI. But yeah, they can still do whatever they want. just not charge you with a DUI.

you probably can't get a DWI but i think you can get a DUI for even driving when you're really tired.
and mooney, i never sent you a picture of my butt b/c i've never taken a picture of my butt. are you sure that was me? i'm not a big fan of my ass and i don't remember doing that.
