I live in Beaverton / Portland, uhhh. I can't think of that many amazing places to eat but here's a few. Hammy's pizza is great and can be ordered deep into the night if you should be out late, hot lips pizza's also really good, some chains like Pizzicato are also good (gotta get the hummus plate there).

If you have some money (like 25-30 bucks per person), Todai is this amazing Japanese buffet located at the top of Pioneer Place, probably the most satisfying meal I can think of in general, as much sushi, tempura, etc. as you want. Another pricey but awesome place is Higgins, a little pub / restaurant with really fancy, high quality meals. Also, you gotta stop by voodoo donuts which is open uber late, awesome vegan donuts.

As far as bars go, I tend to frequent ones that aren't super big / crowded / full of bro's and ho's, a lot of good ones along Burnside like The Matador. If you want to dance a whole shitload, a place called The Tube is pretty popular though tiny, half the people there will be on coke most likely.
