then the band broke up and it dwindled into pretty average/shitty board. i went back in 04 because i got a job where i fucked around online all day, then discovered hpn. i still post there every few months and have made some great friends from there.
now you couldn't tell it's a shell of a once-great non-pumpkin-related community.

so, next time you see a netphorian on the street, don't avoid eye contact. give them some change, or a hug. (except it really is shit and practically deserted now)

i'm tier 7 over there - i don't post much and if i do it's something completely missable.

i used to upload shit for them over there in my earlier days on the old board but i never once got thanked and/or barely recognized for it, so i said fuck it. not that i did it for accolades but shit man, a fucking "nice" is ... nice every once in a while.
