Thumbs down for the first time in my life, I feel like an old man.

I strained my lower back a couple days ago. It fucking sucks. If I lay down for too long, my lower back stiffens up and if I try to stand up, the pain is excruciating. God, somebody just shoot me now. Put me out of my misery. Has anybody else gone through shit like this?

golf. Most likely a combination of taking bad hacks and hiking up and down a very mountain-like golf course carrying my golf bag (it was the first time I had ever played at this particular course). I should have just rented a damn cart.

i pulled the SI ligament in my back years ago, pretty much kept me from bending over/sitting down, too well. it was recommended that i just rest it and let it heal, but i had good results stretching it out by hanging from a chin-up bar and letting all my weight hang down for a few minutes. a few of those/day seemed to help me a great deal.
