Cool

I was in India about 7 or 8 years ago ... the cool thing about the way they do tea is they add all those spices in there, like ginger and cardumon (sp? wtf) - hot sweet spicy tea on a cold cold winters day is absolutely the goods!

I tried this tea called Orange Peko ... and dear lord is it ever the best!

It has to be said

I'm just not impressed with all these flavour of the month peppermint-mango-arsey-hippy-pretend tea flavours

What on earth is wrong with regular normal, everyday, run of the mill tea ... ya know the stuff that comes in a manky carboard box, milk + sugar type affiars

Not ICED tea. Shit, my mom drinks ICED tea.
WTF is "bubble tea"?

That cup looks like it came from a Café Enya.

it was ... but it's just a type of tea leaf - just the same as say earl gray or something

not this yellow-coca-cola-mint-bubblegum-rizzles-sizzler rubbish they sell at the supermarket

When I was travelling in India, I had hash tea as well ... now that I would definately try again

Orange Pekoe is pretty much the standard tea, buddy. :erm

It occured to me whilst making a nice hot cup of NORMAL FUCKING TEA TEA!!

i have a feeling those of you who haven't had it don't know what's so hot about it. it's just like any other tea, but yeah, they do have an insane variety of flavors (ie: i adore strawberry milk tea, but it basically tastes like quick and milk mixed with green tea). the big thing about it, and why they call it "bubble" tea, is that there are these tapioca spheres at the bottom of the tea. they're usually grape or green tea or red tea flavored, but either way they're refreshingly different.

I <3 Boba!
All kinds of boba.

I especially love the chocolate yogurt slush, and strawberry snow.

There are boba places everywhere here! It's great!
