i know some swedish, it's very similar, here's my best shot

jeg - yeg ('e' sounds like the 'e' in "men", 'g' sound is the hard 'g', not the 'j' sound, but go really light on it, hardly pronounce it at all)

tror - the 'o' sounds like the "oo" in "look"

at - ought

de - day

er - air

yndig - oh boy...for a 'y' sound (it's a vowel sound), make the "i" sound from "big" with the inside of your mouth, and at the same time extend your lips out in front of your mouth like you're going to smooch someone
after that, 'dig' = pretty much the same way you'd prounounce it in english ("dig"), maybe with a hint of 'ee' thrown into the vowel sound, and go VERY light on the 'g' at the end, hardly pronounce it at all (finish the word as you're starting to make the 'g' sound, but cut it off/leave it hanging)
