Default NCAA Football Week 1

So everyone's got like an hour before you can't sign up for the pickem.

Who is the owner of "beerviewmirror"?

I'm ready to see some SEC dominance today. Oklahoma State should put up a good fight vs. Georgia though. Also looking forward to seeing Notre Dame flop, please god.

Texas wins the national title, nothing else really matters.

ROLL TIDE YOU FUCKERS

Also good games y'all looks like I'm holding up my end of the pickem as well.

Georgia is the only dissapointment of the weekend so far, although it was inevitable with the loss of Stafford and Moreno.

lol OU...

Oklahoma State possibly going to a BCS game, Texas winning the national championship, and OU losing the first week. This could be the greatest year in college football ever.

I'm kinda scared of Bama now. I was kinda hoping that they'd have a little more trouble putting up points with the new QB and all.

I consider the Georgia loss a little bittersweet. I would have liked to see them win, represent the SEC well, then move up to 2-0 and high ranked before they come to Arkansas in two weeks. But on the other hand, it is good to know they are beatable.

I was at the Razorback game tonight, and they looked 100 percent better than last year (Ryan Mallett is the real deal at QB. He was VERY impressive). With Georgia looking vulnerable now, I'm really looking forward to seeing the Bulldogs come to Fayetteville in a couple weeks.

ahhhhahahahahahaha

still haven't shown they can run between the tackles, and clausen's bombs kinda float, but with tate and floyd out there that might not even be a problem.

those are my only complaints. they looked pretty fucking good.

Texas has some tough games.

Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Baylor, and Kansas are no cupcakes this year

Colorado is on the rise last time I checked and Kansas is probably the worst of that list but I just like to think about Mangino and laugh

Yeah. I watched most of Ole Miss/Memphis. Number 8 team in the country my ass. Bama will destroy them. And they'll also lose to LSU and Arkansas at the least. 9-3 is the best that bunch will be able to hope for.

It's nice to see U of M actually getting back to not only beating, but smacking around cupcake schools. What a difference a year, and a semi-competent QB, makes.

ND will be a test for the defense. Michigan has the benefit of playing at home, but ND looked pretty good this weekend.

im a real casual football fan so watching him bring the info and convo strong from the getgo always made these threads a cool read right away and pushed them along better than if most other people made them. plus just the familiarity

its not so much you as it is just partly you. i suck at talking football and i make really generic football statements really but i still like reading good posts about it. dude was good at jumpstarting that.

Baylor might finish third in the Big XII South, dude. Depends if OK State completes their annual collapse toward the end of the season or not. Hell, depending on Bradford Baylor might only lose to Texas in the Big XII.
