Talking so i got the MTV Yoga dvd

and it's really good guys, i've been doing it for almost 2 months now and the results are awesome.....out of all the videos for yoga i have tried this one is the best indeed
and the music is pretty good to

when i did it i felt all weird and like a lump of fleshy gloop afterwards

defenitely more tone in my muscles......a sleeker look, well i've always been thin, but it really makes you look better
more energy..um more control for my panic attacks...defenitely more relaxation after the end of the day
lots of good stuff
shitloads of flexibility
the list goes on

is it challenging? i do the crunch fat burning yoga and its too easy for me now. i just got these awesome tapes by baron baptiste. the intermediate workout makes me cry but i like it.
