with a kid, i think, at a table, and a glass of water on the table, and i think a train goes by and the glass of water slowly gets shooken to the edge and falls off? or is it kieslowski? i only caught that part of it on like IFC or something and i want to see the whole thing, it was neat.

I haven't seen. Only the Three Colors. I don't think it's Stalker or Solaris, and those are the two Tarkovsky movies i've seen.
