Same here. Back when I was in high school ('94 - '98) that shit was EVERYWHERE. And cheap as hell too. $5 a hit. The last time I even SEEN anyone with acid was like 3 years ago and the dude wanted $15 for 1 hit. I understand though, it WAS his last hit and he was trying to save it for a rainy day (freezer).

How much DOES acid go for these days? I'm so out of the loop on my hallucinogens

The last time I tripped was maybe a year ago on mushrooms. I always preferred 'shrooms over acid anyway though. It's a more visual experience. Actual hallucinations instead of melting walls and shit.

This summer I have seen it going anywhere from 5-10 bucks a hit, depending on who yo know. It's all the same shit as far as I can tell (and I can tell). 5 dollar acid is like the holy grail.

I never got the fascination some people have with LSD. I mean, I've taken a few hits in my time, but besides making music or staring at a wall everything was way too... exhausting. Oh yeah, and that liquid acid trip gone wrong probably put me off as well.

You just have to eat it early in the day and go about your business. Without some sort of task, you stand a much greater chance of freaking out imho.

I didn't exactly freak out, but it was still a horror trip, thanks to the wrong company I kept.

And I would or could never trip during a normal (work-)day. Absolutely ridiculous.
