Anyone here live in Belgium or Austria who will let me use their address?

I don't want to have to go through the expense and bureaucracy of getting my UK drivers licence from scratch. I can exchange my US one for a Belgium or Austrian one if I can prove residence in Belgium/Austria (which is then valid in the UK). I have UK citizenship, so all I would need is to use your addy as my "residence" for a couple of months (register it with the town hall) and then I can just exchange my US licence. This will save me a ton of dough and time if you might oblige.

I am happy to provide you some kind of (non-sexual) incentive.

It depends on how many times I fail the fascist British driving tests - somewhere between 500-1000 USD.

And also this can be done without fraud. It is perfectly legitimate for me to "live" with someone for any reason I can think of - maybe I am going to give the person guitar lessons for a couple of months or something?

i'm just messing around -- where i'm going with it is to strengthen Mo's bargaining position. anything less than $500 to him and you're still ahead.

and uh.. are you actually going to be living there? i sure didn't get the impression that you would be, and if you aren't, well that's the fraud.

I could intend to live there and set up "residence" there without actually carrying that through, plans can change after I register with the town hall.

Yes, I will take the train to football, soccer, church, dinners, school, work, visit my family the grocery store, the park, out on random trips to national parks, camping and everywhere else. Mass transport is so practical!

I play on a soccer team and also just joined a BAFL (American) football team.

The trains here are decent, but it is completely impractical for a person who makes multiples daily trips of short/medium distance to rely on public/mass transport.
