im afraid i can't do that.

i was originally going to the sto' to make my payment by cash using the machine. but the sto' was closed because of alarm problems, and the manager standing outside told me to go to the mall kiosk.

there were 2 people at the kiosk and 3 people in front of me in line. all getting new phones and upgrading their services. then two parties who had arrived after me got served before i did. when the second party got served, i interrupted the other dudes sale and let him have it. embarrassed him in front of everyone in line.
