It sounds kinda like bad radiohead. He is coming to the metro though and I'm really tempted to see him...

I care. At least he is making better music than Chris Cornell right now.

Weiland is doing alright

I wish Chris Cornell would get Soundgarden back together...that's a show I'd go see.

They have two good songs, and did a good cover of "Andy Warhol" by Bowie

STP is a fantastic singles band, and Weiland's first solo album was far better than expected.

Of what I've heard so far, "Paralysis" is pretty catchy, in a Velvet-Goldmine Bowie-esque way.

not that it matters, but it bugs me slightly when bands don't get cities/states right.

Voodoo Lounge is in Kansas City, MO, and fyi, Kansas is KS, not KN

that being said, scott weiland is horrible.

With what little authority I have, being a fan of SW's first LP...
Let me declare this new album, a waste of harddrive space, at any bitrate.

Yea, seriously... I'm assuming shooting heroin in his eye with Scott has something to do with his lack of activity on here.

Yeah, STP did have good singles, but everything else blew...why anyone besides WeilandFan would be interested in this is beyond me. Good show at Voodoo Fest, though...but the visuals looked like something from 1995. I could see the frickin' jagged, pixelated edges of the 3D stuff from the pit.
