Today I made two apple strudels (right), and two spinach-feta strudels:

They don't look very delicious here, but trust me, they are.

gusy i now have a signature sandwich!

SHANIQUA'S SIGNATURE SANDWICH (serves 2)

ingreeds:
one red pepper
one avocado
one bulb of garlic
one artichoke heart
5 big bocconcini cheese balls
6-8 pieces of proscuitto
2 sourdough buns
olive oil

way to do:
roast your red pepper & garlic & let cool
peel red pepper, cut in half & set aside
mash up avocado and squeeze the garlic in the bowl with it. mash together with olive oil.
spread that mixture on one half of the buns
cut avocado into strips and put half on one bun and half on the other
put half proscuitto on each bun
then put half roasted red pep on top of that.
then cut up your bocci balls and half on each.

drizzle a bit of EVOO (LOLOLOLOL) on the foreman and grill these fucks for a bit.

DEEEEEEEEEEELICIOUS!

last night i made us middle-eastern style grilled veggie sammiches.

i made that same mashed up artichoke & roasted garlic stuff
grilled zucchini & eggplant on the foreman and baked portabellos in the oven
used toasted whole wheat pitas, put on all the stuff i mentioned plus a lot of hummus.

mmmmmmmmmm!
