Do I need to break out the list of 60+ flip flops by McCain, in which all of them are flip flops in order to satisfy the conservative base?

That's not an article by Time about any disenfranchisement. They're reporting about Obama's suit. And of course Obama is non=partisan.

filing a suit like this on something they aren't sure actually happened doesn't strike me as something a major presidential campaign does.
