anyway, good for us. it's just a 9th circuit court, though, and it IS based in san francisco. Plus, it's for fucking assault weapons. i'd feel LESS safe if i knew my neighbors have those.

i'm not doubting that, you idiot, but a ban on guns wouldn't make the national anthem a sudden misnomer. it's always been that way.
