HALP! I need some relationship advice!

Recently, there's been some strain in my relationship with my girlfriend Nina.

Recently, a guy that lives in the same street as her came back from playing soccer in New Zealand, with his girlfriend, Lori.

Jack and Lori are an attractive couple, and Nina and I got along really well with them.

Over the last 3 or 4 weeks, Nina had been acting... distant. She and Jack appeared to be getting along really well, and I was starting to get concerned... but then Lori got injured.

Nina and I were having a swimming race in the pool, and Lori was running alongside... she slipped and got back injuries, she was unable to feel anything below her waist, or move anything. We didn't see Jack very often, because he was always in hospital with Lori.

Lori got out a little while ago, wheelchair bound. She tried her hardest to be independant, and insisted Jack shouldn't mother her all the time. I think this was a mistake.

Nina and Jack would often be together... But I thought nothing of it, Lori didn't seem to mind.

The other day I heard Lori got some feeling in her legs, so I walked over to her house to see how she was going.

Jack was outside, and he told me what I had been dreading.

"Taj... I'm in love with Nina."

Rage BOILED inside me, and I couldn't control it... I smacked Jack right in the head, and a small scuffle ensued. Luckily Jack's mother Lyn, and her friend Susan (A school teacher) witnessed what happened and broke us up, before I did something I probably would've regretted.

So now, whenever I see Jack, I naturally get pissed off, and can't help but getting violent, or at least yelling at him... and Lori is YELLING at me!

What the fuck?

After her boyfriend cheated on her, she's defending him?!

I have no idea what to do... I'm trying to do what I think is right, and apparantly it's wrong. I feel like I should be there for Lori, but she keeps pushing me away.

lori is in a very awkward position at this point because she's at her weakest, so naturally she doesn't want to lose what she already has. when people encounter that kind of life altering experience, they tend to put everything they hold any significance to in perspective. i'm pretty sure at this point, she doesn't find his cheating on her worth losing him for. they've probably discussed it, and he's made his side of the story very believable, and in effect her perception of the entire matter is skewed so now she is doing what she can to hold on to him. you're doing the right thing by following your instinct and trying to be there for the girl, so don't feel bad for your attempts. i think you should try to understand that lori probably associates you with the entire matter at hand, and she doesn't want to be a part of that anymore. she'd probably much rather just hold on to her history with jack and continue that as normally as she thinks possible.

but you probably already knew all of this.

I'd take them all out on a rental boat (Make sure that when you rent the boat, they don't know that others will be going with you) as friends, get them nice and drunk, then kill them. You may wish to only knock them out so that you can tie them up and torture them for hours, but you must remember to bring some quick-drying cement. Encase their bodies in it, not forgetting to let it harden. You may only want to give them some cement shoes, in case you have no net with a rope to lift them up and over the side.

Toss them overboard, take the boat back, and be happy that you've solved your problem in a constructive manner. And remember, that bitch will NEVER cheat on you again.

I recommend listening to Eminem. whenever this happens I listen to, am directly influenced by, and follow through on songs by Eminem where he deals with his relationship problems. He should write an advice column.

but maybe you should try talking to Lori about it... if she's not mad because Jack is getting it on with Lori and Nina you officially have the right to play dirty.
