I had to change the video format several times throughout production for it to work properly. My HDD camcorder sucks because the video format used on its drive isn't compatible with my video editing software. Then we take lighting into consideration, sound issues, and the fact it's a mediocre camcorder - and there you have it... 1987. I'd like to get some 35mm film, but you know... it's expensive as hell... so I'll stick with 1987 for the time being.

Realistically, that's about how long it would take most people to do that. It just seems like it takes a long time because you are watching someone else have to do it. It'd feel a little rushed if he sped in there, grabbed his shit, and ran in the apartment. He's not running from anyone, and thus, wouldn't fit in.

Actually I'd say my biggest problem with it, production wise (aside from poor acting, which is expected) would be the editing. Almost every scene involves a few out of place jump cuts.

I was the only one in it with any acting experience, so I'm not going to argue with you on the acting portion. As for the out-of-place jump cuts, do you have any examples? It'll help me on later projects.
